Middle-speed WEDM,that is, the WEDM machine have repeatedly cutting function,similar low-speed WEDM.Order to maintain the stability of molybdenum wire, processing to enhance the quality of workpiece surface machining, so therefore, will reduce the wire speed,thus named: "Middle-speed WEDM". Like conventional repeatedly cutting through the rough machining process, semi-finishing and finishing processes, such as multi-cutting Machining Allowance removal, processing effects of surface roughness than traditional high-speed WEDM significantly enhanced. Multi-cutting, the workpiece surface roughness generally can achieve Ra0.8 μ m.
